Wet aged for 28 days, hand trimmed and perfectly portioned. Just season generously with salt and pepper and toss on the grill or on a cast-iron pan.

Sourcing

Our beef comes from premium Black Angus cattle, pastured-raised in large open fields in the American heartland. They spend most of their lives grazing on rich, nutritious grasses like alfalfa, clover and orchard grass. They are grain-finished on high-moisture corn for 120 days, creating fantastic marbling and tender, flavorful beef. Like all our products, our beef is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. As certified by the USDA, our cattle are raised in low-stress environment with state-of-the-art facilities that ensure and prioritize access to fresh, clean water and adequate shade and shelter.
