Steak Kebabs

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup soy sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup olive oil
cloves garlic , minced
1 tsp coarsely ground salt
freshly ground black pepper , to taste
1-2 pounds top steak – such as tri-tip – cut into 1” cubes
1 red onion , cut into 1'' chunks
2 red peppers , cut into 1'' chunks
DIRECTIONS
Marinate
Whisk together the soy, Worcestershire, olive oil, orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add steak and toss to coat. Cover and let stand for up to eight hours.
ASSEMBLE THE KEBABS
Assemble the kebabs by alternating the steak cubes and the vegetables alternately onto the skewers
GRILL
Oil the grill and eat to medium-high. Place kebobs crosswise on the grill and let cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning a few times. Remove from grill, tent with foil and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
