INGREDIENTS 

 Leftover Porchetta Roast, sliced to your preferred thinness

 

1 bunch broccoli rabe (rapini) or spinach

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

½ tsp red pepper flakes

Salt & black pepper to taste

4 crusty Italian rolls or hoagie buns

8 slices sharp provolone cheese
