INGREDIENTS
• Leftover Porchetta Roast, sliced to your preferred thinness
• 1 bunch broccoli rabe (rapini) or spinach
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 4 crusty Italian rolls or hoagie buns
• 8 slices sharp provolone cheese
