1 tsp paprika (for color & flavor)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

DIRECTIONS

•Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the shell (lengthwise) to expose the meat.

• Gently lift the meat out and rest it on top of the shell (but keep it attached)

• Pat the lobster meat dry with a paper towel.

• In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

• Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400-450°F).

• Brush lobster meat with garlic butter sauce.

• Place tails meat-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes to get a light char.

• Flip, baste with more butter, and grill for another 3-4 minutes until meat is opaque and firm (internal temp 145°F).

• Brush with more butter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
