Garlicky Crab Pasta

The sweet succulent crab meat combines perfectly with garlic and parmesan for the perfect seafood pasta dish.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb colossal crab meat

8 oz linguine or spaghetti

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup white wine (or seafood stock)

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 tbsp chopped parsley

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

3. Add white wine and red pepper flakes, simmering until reduced.

4. Toss in crab meat, pasta, lemon juice, and Parmesan.

5. Mix in a splash of pasta water for a silky sauce.

6. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
