Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

A delicious appetizer for parties or a gourmet side dish.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 lb colossal crab meat
• 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 375°.
• Mix crab, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Old Bay, and parsley.
• Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
• Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
