Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

These cheesy, smoky, and spicy jalapeño poppers are the ultimate appetizer!
Ingredients:
• 10 jalapeños, halved & deseeded
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 20 slices thin-cut bacon
• 1 tbsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
4. Wrap each jalapeño with one slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
5. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
6. (Optional) Drizzle with honey before serving for a sweet contrast.
